Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 13qm groß (plus eine etwa 4 qm große Hochebene) und vollmöbiliert mit zahlreichen Schränken und Regalen, einer Regaltreppe, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sessel, Sitzhocker und Stehlampe.
Die Küche ist mit Ofen, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Daneben gibt es noch viele weitere kleine Helfer wie z.B. Mixer, Sandwichmaker, Reiskocher, Kontaktgrill, Waffeleisen, Food Processor, Pizzaofen, Nudelmaker, Toaster...
Rauchen und der Genuss von Drogen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

The room is about 13 sqm big (plus a 4 sqm big loft bed) and fully equipped with numerous cupboards, shelfes, a desk, a desk chair, an arm chair, and a floor lamp.
The kitchen contains an oven, cooking plates, a refrigerator, a dish washer, a washing machine. Besides there a many little helpers like a blender, waffle iron, sandwich maker, rice cooker, noodle maker, pizza oven, contact grill and a food processor.
Smoking and the consumption of drugs are not allowed in the flat.

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. In vier Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn-Station Birkenstraße und in fünf Minuten an der Ringbahn (S-Bahnhaltestelle Westhafen). Damit schafft man es in 9 Minuten zum Zoologischen Garten, 14 Minuten zur Schönhauser Allee und in 22 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.
Ein Penny Markt und ein großer Edeka sind in jeweils etwa 200 Metern erreichbar. Die Bezirksbibliothek (Bruno-Lösche) befindet sich rund 500 Meter entfernt.
Jogging und Rasensport ist z.B. Im Fritz-Schloß-Park (ca. 1 km) oder im Volkspark-Rehberge (ca. 2 km) möglich. Der Plötzensee und das Strandbad Plötzensee sind etwa 1,5 km entfernt.

The flat is very centrally located. It takes you four minutes to get to subway station Birkenstraße and five minutes to get to the Ringbahn (stop Westhafen). Such you can get to the Zoologischen Garten within 9 Minutes, to Schönhauser Allee in 14 minutes and to Alexanderplatz in 22 Minutes.
A Penny market and a big EDEKA are each only 200 meters away. To get to the next public library it will take you 500 meters.
Jogging and such is possible for example in the Fritz-Schloß-Park (around 1 km) or the Volkspark Rehberge (around 2 km). The Plötzensee and the Strandbad Plötzensee are 1.5 km away.

Ich bin berufstätig (außer Haus), vielseitig Interessiert (Sport aktiv, Kochen & Ernährung, Wissenschaft, Comedy, Basteln, Börse, Improv ...) humorvoll und fast immer gut gelaunt. Studiert habe ich seinerzeit Management und Politikwissenschaften und zuletzt Computer Science.
Gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Lärm etc., und Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den geteilten Räumen sind mir sehr wichtig. Da die Wohnung leider etwas hellhörig ist, ist die Möglichkeit, laute Musik etc. abzuspielen leider nicht gegeben.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind ein Kann und kein Muss. Gemeinsames Kochen, Sport machen, Essen gehen, Basteln, Besuchen von Veranstaltungen etc. in gewissem Umfang sind gern gesehen, werden aber nicht erwartet.

I am fulltime employee (not home office), generally interested in many things (sports, cooking, science, comedy, diy, stock market, improv ...), humorous and almost always in a good mood. My academic background lies in Management and PolSci and recently also in Computer Science.
Mutual consideration, especially in respect to noise and cleanliness & order in the shared rooms is most important to me. As the flat is a little poorly soundproofed, it is unfortunately not possible to play loud music or turn up the bass.
Joint activities (cooking, tinkering, going out to eat, sports, events, park ...) would be nice, but are not required / expected.
