The comfortable, beauty and bright room is spacious (about 20 m2) and has:
- a double bed
- a sofa
- clothes rack (with hangers)
- a chest of drawers with storage shelves
- a clothes horse + iron,
With it's own separate bathroom that consists of bathtub, shower and water closet.
The apartment is very well located, from which you can reach one of the most important shopping streets, restaurants and bars in Berlin. But also many attractions, such as the famous East Side Gallery (Berlin Wall), along the road about ten minutes or the famous flea market, which takes place every Sunday (RAW flea market).
Location
The apartment is located about 4-5 minutes on foot from the Beusselstraße circular railway station, otherwise you go in the other direction (comparable distance) to the Beußelstraße/Turmstraße bus stop, and another 10 minutes further you are then at the Turmstraße underground station. So you have more than enough shopping possibilities (normal supermarkets as well as Turkish markets) and you can hardly save yourself from Spätis.

We would like someone who is open, i.e. not only has his door closed, and likes to do something... Of course, everyone needs their own treat and wants to have their peace and quiet, just like everyone else needs. You should be a good person and be reasonably settled in life... We don't want career-driven egos or Druffis who just want to party.
We are quite tidy and clean and it should stay that way, so you should also tidy up and vacuum and wipe etc. Everyone does their part without a cleaning plan and it works.
