Da meine Freundin für 3 Monate nach Brüssel zieht, wird bei uns ein möbliertes Zimmer für 3 Monate zur Untermiete frei. Dazu gibt es viel Platz, insbesondere im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer (insgesamt ca 45 m² Gemeinschaftsfläche).
Zum Zimmer : 16,6 m², Altbau mit 2 großen Fenstern zum Hinterhof, sehr ruhig (man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen), lackierte Holzdielen und raumhoher Kachelofen, der aber nicht mehr in Benutzung ist...ein bisschen Stuck ist auch noch da. Die Möblierung besteht unter anderem aus 140er Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Lehnstuhl. Zusätzlichen Stauraum gibts im Schrank in der Kammer. Da das Zimmer im Moment noch Arbeitszimmer ist, komm gerne vorbei mach dir selbst ein Bild.
Außerdem gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon (19,4m²), ein großes Sofa, Beamer sowie eine gemütliche Küche als Aufenthaltsfläche. Das Bad hat Tageslicht und eine Badewanne, auch für die sonstige Ausstattung der Wohnung wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenkram, viele Bücher und Pflanzen, geschenkte Marmelade etc. ist gesorgt.
Miete wie aufgeführt beinhaltet alles, inkl. Internet, GEZ, Strom.

Hi, due to my girlfriend's stay in Brussels, there will be a room available for three months, starting from January 1st, 2023. Additionally, there is a spacious common area (45 m²) especially due to the big living room.
Your room is 16.6 m² big, "Altbau" and comes fully furnished with bed, desk, dresser etc. as well as additional storage in the laundry room. Since the room is used as a working area atm, you should come by to get an idea of the final furniture-configuration. Besides, the room has 2 big windows, wooden floor, an antique cheramic stove (not in use anymore) and is very quiet.
Our living room has a small balcony, couch and beamer, the kitchen is of course fully equipped and there's also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has daylight and a bathtub.
The price includes all fees incl. Wifi, electricity, GEZ

Moabit als Bezirk ist zentral gelegen, super vielfältig und mir, seit ich hier wohne, sehr ans Herz gewachsen.
Der Elberfelder Kiez ist sehr hübsch, größtenteils verkehrsberuhigt mit Cafés, kleinen, teils auch ausgefallene Läden, guten Restaurants und auch ein paar Bars um die Ecke. Zur Spree sind es nur 300m, der nächste Edeka ist 5 min. entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst liegt zwischen 1. und zweitem Hinterhof, weshalb es sehr ruhig ist. Die Nachbarn sind top.
Verkehranbindung: Zum Bus sind es 5 min, U Hansaplatz und Turmstraße (beides U9) 10 min und S-Bellevue ca 15 min Fußweg.

You are going to live quite central in Moabit, which as a district is very divers, lively and interesting.
The Elberfelder Kietz is part of a traffic-calmed sector and therefore great for pedestrians with cafés, restaurants, small shops and a couple of bars, all just one street behind the Spree river. The apartment is located in between 1st and second backyard and therefore really quiet.
The next U-Bahn stations are Hansaplatz and Turmstr. (10min by foot), the next S-Bahn is Bellevue. Groceries and buses are 5 min away.

Hi, ich bin Armin und freue mich auf 3 nette Monate Zusammenleben. Von meiner Seite wird es in der Woche eher ruhig zugehen, denn ich arbeite seit 3 Jahren vollzeit als Architekt. Die letzte WG ist noch nicht so lange her, daher kann ich mir eine gute Zeit in altem Setting sehr gut vorstellen, z.B. mit gemeinsamem Kochen und interessantem Austausch auf der gefährlich gemütlichen Couch. In meiner freien Zeit bin ich gerne aktiv und kann ich mich für sehr viel interessieren: häufig gehört dazu Architektur, Politik&Geschichte, Ausstellungen, wandern, Wald, Volleyball!, Architektur (aber keine Angst, ich nerve damit niemanden), Holz-und Lehmbau, ausgehen, Konzerte, Architektur, Hopfengetränke und was man sonst halt so machen kann. Ich würde mich sehr freuen ein paar dieser Interessen teilen zu können oder neue zu entdecken. Im täglichen Leben sind Rückzugsmöglichkeiten aber natürlich genauso wichtig wie Gemeinsames.

Hi, I'm Armin and looking forward to a great 3 month of living together. I'm working full time as an architect, which is why during the week I'm gonna be quite a calm roommate and not at home during the day. However, in my free time I like to be active and my scope of interest is big, going from culture, politics, sports (Volleyball), architecture of course, going out for dancing, concerts or just grabbing a beer. It would be great to share some interest or even find some new ones during our common time, however I find room for privacy just as essential.
