Hallo ihr Lieben,
Bei uns werden ab Dezember 2 Zimmer für einem Monat frei. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin kurzfristig ausgezogen ist, und unsere zukünftige Mitbewohnerin erst ab Januar bei uns einziehen wird, suchen wir jemanden der in dieser Zeit eine Bleibe in Berlin benötigt :) Pauli wird den gesamten Dezember (07.12-04.01) ebenfalls verreisen, weswegen auch ihr Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei sein wird.
Wir wohnen zu dritt in einer Altbauwohnung, mit Balkon, Badewanne und einer schönen Wohnküche. Die freiwerdenden Zimmer sind beide 19qm, eins ist Teil-möbliert, das andere komplett. Die Miete beträgt jeweils 475€. Das Einzugsdatum von dem einem Zimmer wäre theoretisch ab sofort, alles anderes können wir aber auch persönlich klären :)
Ihr werdet in der Zeit mit Clemens zusammenleben. Clemens arbeitet momentan in einem Architekturbüro, hört viel Musik, spielt total gerne Tischtennis und ist trotz Vollzeitjob kein Mensch von Müdigkeit. Wir haben ein sehr offenes und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben und möchten dieses auch gerne für die kurze Zeit beibehaltet. Wir wünschen uns einen respektvollen Umgang, bei dem diskriminierendes Verhalten und Sprache keinen Platz haben. Aufeinander achten ist uns dabei sehr wichtig.

Hello there,
In our flat there are gonna be 2 rooms available for one month starting in December. Since our roommate has moved out at short notice, and our future roommate will move in January, we are looking for someone who needs a place to stay in Berlin during this time :) Pauli will be traveling for the whole month of December (07.12-04.01), which is why her room will also be available.
The three of us live in an old building apartment, with balcony, bathtub and a nice kitchen/living-room. The vacant rooms are both 19sqm, one is partially furnished, the other completely. The rent is 475€ each. One of the rooms would be theoretically available from now on - everything else we can clarify personally :)
You will be living together with Clemens during this time. Clemens currently works in an architecture office, listens to a lot of music, loves to play table tennis and is not a person of being tired despite his full-time job. We have a very open and friendly living together and would like to keep this for the short time. We wish a respectful treatment, where discriminating behavior and language have no place. Respect for each other is very important to us.
