*ZWiSCHENMIETE* Helles WG-Zimmer - FREE CUDDLES :)

Unsere Wohnung liegt in Moabit, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im 5.OG mit Fahrstuhl. Der U-Bahnhof Turmstraße ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem sind S-Bahnhof Bellevue (10min) und Westhafen (14min) mit Anbindung an die Stadtbahn bzw. Ringbahn gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Einen Späti findet Mensch auf der anderen Straßenseite und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke.

Our flat is located in Moabit, in a quiet side street on the 5th floor with lift. The Turmstraße Ubahn station is only a 7-minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the front door. In addition, the Bellevue S-Bahn station (10 minutes) and Westhafen (14 minutes) with connections to the Stadtbahn and Ringbahn are within walking distance.
There is a Späti on the other side of the street and a small supermarket around the corner.

Wir sind eine 3er WG mit 1 süßen Katze die sich in der ganzen Wohnung frei bewegt.
Nina (26) und Tizian (28) und ich (30).
Wir sind KEINE Zwecke WG. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und teilen viele Hobbies wie Tischtennis, Outdoor Sport, Gesellschaftsspiele und gehen gerne auf Demos zusammen. Da wir alle 3 studieren, retten wir viel Essen bei Foodsharing und verarbeiten das dann zusammen. Wäre super, wenn du auch ein Foodsharer*in bist oder Interesse hast unserem Bezirk beizutreten :) Daher sparen wir auch sehr viel Geld für Lebensmittel.
Wir ernähren uns alle vegetarisch, aber das sei jemensch selbst überlassen wie und was gegessen wird :)
Wir haben einen Kühlschrank Kommunismus - machen keine Abrechnungen am Ende des Monats und das klappt bisher ganz gut für uns. What you give is what you get aber keine Angst dein Lieblingspudding essen wir dir nicht weg :D
Wir würden uns beide nicht als Putzteufel beschreiben aber in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist uns ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit wichtig.
auf dem Balkon kann geraucht werden ( jedes Zimmer hat einen Zugang )
Gute Kommunikation ist uns auch sehr wichtig. Falls du ein Mensch bist, der sich gerne in seinem Zimmer einsperrt ist unsere WG wohl nichts für dich. Frida ist 9 Jahre alt, daher sehr entspannt. Sie kuschelt seeeehr gerne, ist extrem süß und lernt gerne neue tricks mit dem Klicker :)

We are a 3-person flat share with a sweet cat that moves freely throughout the flat.

We are NOT a "purpose WG". We hang out a lot and share a lot of the same hobbies like table tennis, cycling, board games, outdoor sports etc. Since all 3 of us study, we rescue a lot of food at foodsharing and then process that together. It would be great if you are also a food sharer or interested in joining our district :) That's why we also save a lot of money on food.
Neither of us would describe ourselves as cleaning devils, but a certain level of cleanliness in the common rooms is important to us.
We smoke on the balconies (each room has access to one)
Good communication is also very important to us. If you are a person who likes to lock yourself up in your room, our shared flat is probably not for you - the cats move freely throughout the flat. Frida is 9 years old, so she is very relaxed. she likes to cuddle and is extremely cute :)

Wichtig ist uns das du keine Katzenhaarallergie hast und am besten so wie wir ein Katzenfreund*in bist.
Das Zimmer ist NUR ZUR ZWISCHENMIETE - bis Ende März evtl. auch April.
Nina ist gerade in der Schweiz und macht dort ein Praktikum. daher haben wir sogar 2 Zimmer frei im Moment. ( 1.12-31.3) von daher gerne auch 2 befreundete Menschen für die beiden Zimmer!

Ich werde nicht auf alle Nachrichten antworten können - bitte lies dir die Anzeige genau durch und melde dich nur wenn das alles für dich ok klingt. Schreibe bitte Frida in deine Nachricht, damit ich weiß, dass du die Anzeige gelesen hast :)


It is important for us that you do not have a cat allergy and ideally are a cat lover like us.
