Hey! We're looking for a flat mate (long term) in 3 bedroom WG (82m2) near Moabit since our current flatmate is moving out by end of September.
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing flatmate to move in by 1st October.
A little about your future flatmates:
We often hang out together and are both into fitness. Ofcourse you're free to join or even have a nice conversation over beer 🍺 Keeping the house super clean is a non negotiable and is of utmost priority for us. Having a social WG would be nice but you always have your personal space when you need it.
We're looking for someone who is preferably chill, outgoing, clean and not too noisy. If you know German it's a plus (might help me learn 🙈).
The house is completely furnished. Your room comes with the bed and mattress. The rest needs to be purchased from the previous tenant if interested. (Chair NILSERIK- 60€, Desk MICKE 105x50 - 70€, closet TYSSEDAL -330€ : All are IKEA used for 6 months and can connect you with her to negotiate if needed). The price can be brought down if everything is bought together.
