My room is gonna be available from 21.02 to 09.04 (short term). The monthly cost of everything (warm, incl. Nebenkosten) is 500€ which is what I pay) + 100€ Kaution
In here, that includes *my room (16m2) & the the living room with a balcony (which is shared)* (around 30 m2).
Of course, the person can also only stay during march (one month stay) or weeks if needed. Everything is quite negotiatble! ;)
The WG is shared with two other people (two very cool female friends of mine :)) and it is located 2' by walk from U7 Karl Marx Str. (Neukölln).
In the WG, we work most days remotely so you will have to use the living room sharing some guidelines on working schedules. We keep a cleaning schedule with weekly tasks and we value the respect among every member of the house. It is allowed to smoke in the balcony. We live in a house with vegans and omnivores, so as long as you respect cleaning and common spaces rules, everybody is welcomed. In the house English, Spanish, German and Greek is spoken!
(Unfortunately I do not speak myself Greek but my roomies do!)
