The apartment is 2 BHK on the first floor (no elevator) with a big balcony and a basement compartment for storage.
The room has one entrance to the hall and a window on the west side (late afternoon/ evening sun).
The room comes with furniture (bed, wardrobe, sideboard and desk).
The picture of the room is before we moved in in 2018.

Die 2 Raum Wohnung ist im ersten Stock (kein Aufzug) mit einem großzügigen Balkon sowie einem Kellerabteil für Stauraum. Der zu vermietende Raum, hat einen Eingang sowie ein Fenster auf der Westseite (Sonne am späten Nachmittag/ Abend). Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode und Schreibtisch).

One minute from the entrance is the U7 station Parchimer Allee (4 mins to S Neukölln).
There is also the M46 bus at this station.
One subway station away (or 10 mins on foot) are some supermarkets like Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka.
Two subway stations away is the mall Gropius Passagen. Every friday is a farmers market 2 mins from the apartment.
There are enough free parking spaces around, so that parking the car is not a problem.
The district itself is very
quite. Not much traffic or too loud noises.
There some parks nearby.

Eine Minute von der Haustür entfernt ist die U Bahn Station Parchimer Allee, bei der auch die Buslinie M46 verkehrt. Man benötigt mit der U7 ca. 4 min zum S Bhf Neukölln.
Eine U-Bahn Station oder 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, befinden sich Supermärkte wie Kaufland, Aldi oder Edeka.
Zwei U-Bahn Stationen entfernt befinden sich die Gropius Passagen (Shopping Mall). Jeden Freitag ist 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt ein Wochenmarkt.
Die Parkplatzsuche ist relativ einfach, da es genug kostenlose Parkplätze gibt.
Das Viertel an sich ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt nicht viel Verkehr oder störende Geräusche.
Zudem gibt es in der Nähe einige Parks.
