Room available in a two people flat in the center of Neukolln (Leinestrasse). The room is very big, with a balcony and a very cozy and relaxed vibe. Apart form that, the place is very new, the kitchen is really big and bright and the bathroom too. The views from the room are great, facing a park with very big and beautiful trees, and so its very calm. More info please ask in DM :)
The area is amazing, Neukölln is a very vivid neighborhood, and this house is in Schillerkiez, with Tempelhof really close, nice restaurants and very cozy parks. Literally at the front of the U-Bahn Leinestrasse and very well connected with bus. There are many supermarkets around and as well as bars and small shops.
You will take my room, Alberto (man) 24 and from Madrid, during this month. I am quite chill when it comes to the house, not really anything very strict. In the flat, you will be sharing with Justin (25), from the US and very friendly and welcoming. We are very easy-going and like to keep the house s a comfortable place where we can have our cozy home. I like to invite people over but not making huge crazy parties, that is not the place to do it sorry. During your stay please just respect normal common sense rules, such as no parties, take care of the house items, and not be disrespectful and everything will be super fine.
I am a queer person, so this is a place free of homophobia, racism or any other kind of hate. LGBT people will be preferred and people around my age as well. Please DONT write if you don't agree with this.
Since you will be sharing the flat, and do use of all our belongings, I would like to make our home a nice and comfortable place for everyone, so if in the DM you could tell me abut about you would be amazing :) what are you doing in berlin, if you are new in the city, what are your interests…something quick so i can somehow see if we are on the same page :)
