Hey :) ich würde gerne mein sehr schönes, großes und helles Zimmer untervermieten.
Falls du das Zimmer bis Ende Mai mieten möchtest, können wir darüber sprechen. Dann würde sich die Miete auf 450 Euro erhöhen.
meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine liebe Person, wichtig bei uns sind Sensibilität im Umgang miteinander, Sauberkeit (!), drüber sprechen wenn man größeren Besuch empfangen möchte, etc.
Wir sind beide eher ruhigere Menschen, es ist keine Party-WG, und dieser Rückzugsraum sollte idealerweise so bestehen bleiben. Allerdings ist meine Mitbewohnerin für ein Gespräch sicher offen und würde sich über einen lieben Menschen freuen.

If you'd like to rent the room until End of May we can speak about that. Then the rent would increase to 450 Euros.
my flatmate is a nice person. We both appreciate empathy with each other, tidyness and cleaning up, informing each other if we want to bring a big group of friends etc.
We are both rather quiet persons, it's not a Party-WG, and this should ideally remain like that during my absence. But my flatmate is open-minded and would be happy about a nice person in my room!
