I'm subletting my 18m2 room in a 80m2 apartment in the beautiful Schillerkiez with one roommate. I'm leaving for the summer and would sublet my furbished room for 5 months. I would take all my belongings out.The apartment is very spacey and the best thing about is: we have a private garden! Perfekt in summer to sun during the day or have long cozy summer nights. My roommate is very nice and we are searching for LGBTQI+ inclusive or a queer person. My roommate has a dog, who is very calm and friendly. She just hangs around the apartment unnoticed.
The area is perfect. It's about 2 minutes to Tempelhofes Feld and the area is very nice. There's shopping possibilities very close. Nearest stations are Boddinstraße and Leinestraße (U8).
My roommate and I have been longtime friends and we both have been living in Berlin around 8 years. We don't have a lot of rules and everyone can take their privacy in their room or hang out together in the living room and garden. We are both queer and would like to offer the space to an open and relaxed person.
