Hello Everyone
We’re looking for a responsible, respectful family member for our apartment.
It starts on April 1st and we’re looking for a person who can move in according to the date.

Our flat consists of four rooms, a large living room and a spacious balcony (with an amazing view), a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen in total of 111 square meters.
There are several S+U stations 10 minutes walk from our house, and various large supermarkets are nearby.
Our neighbors and landlords are very sweet and our house has generally good soundproof so we don't hear our neighbors at all. There is also a park right in front of our house, and here generally has a peaceful, nature-friendly, and calm atmosphere.

My name Willow i am student and love travelling. I work at night and uni during the day. Also i am the pretty good at cooking and i like to have dinner or cute lunch with roommates and neighbors sometimes. And my partner is Billy, he is a computer enthusiast.
Usually he works on computer at home.
We promise a quiet and peaceful atmosphere so that everyone can rest, sleep well. I want our place to be peaceful and calm in general.



I'm going to talk about the most important thing from now on.
Living with someone is not an easy task, but I think it is very meaningful and valuable.
We are carefully looking for someone who will slowly permeate each other. Under the fact that everyone has different ways and standards of life, we want to have a month of test period and make sure that we fit each other well. After a month, if we are smooth without any problems (monthly rent, family rules, etc.), we are planning to extend the contract indefinitely.

For me one of the most important thing about flat share is cleanliness. I want a family member to keep our place clean together.
For example, rather than waiting for someone to clean up the house if it gets dirty, take the initiative to clean it up. Also, use a community space cleanly for the next person.
I just want these basic manners from you.
