Sanierter Altbau, 3. Stock, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt 105 cm2. Hohe Decke, große Fenster, französischer Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Schillerkiez und hat eine Menge an kulinarischen Plätzen sowie freizeitliche Aktivitäten zu bieten. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist knapp 5 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Die Hasenheide ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl, Rossmann und Co. sind auf der Hermannstraße zu finden. Kinos und Zaubereishows sind auch in der Nachbarschaft anzutreffen.



WICHTIG! In der Wohnung wohnt ein liebenswürdiger Hund.
