I am looking for a person for this nice big room in my shared flat in the top floor. The room is very bright, spacious (34sqm), has some roof slope, is still very high. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, everything is spacious, fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, dining area, couch, espresso machine - what you just need.
The room is available for two months, and comes furnished (not the ones from the picture).

Ich suche eine Person für dieses schöne große Zimmer in meiner WG im Dachgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, geräumig (34qm), hat etwas Dachschräge, ist trotzdem sehr hoch. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, alles ist geräumig, voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Essecke, Couch, Espressomaschine - was man eben so braucht.
Das Zimmer ist für zwei Monate verfügbar, und kommt möbliert (nicht die aus dem Bild).
The apartment is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from Rathaus Neukolln for shopping and taking the U7, and another few minutes walk from Boddinstraße.
Hasenheide, Tempelhoferfeld and Sommerbad Neukölln are just a few minutes away by bike. 10 minutes by bike you are also already in the canal. The best summer location :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rathaus Neukölln zum Einkaufen und zur U7, sowie wenige Gehminuten von der Boddinstraße entfernt.
Hasenheide, Tempelhoferfeld und Sommerbad Neukölln sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie auch schon am Kanal. Die beste Sommerlage :)
You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate - Fabian, 40, a self-employed photographer/cameraman, loves to cook, eat and drink well, go climbing/bouldering, meditate is often out in nature or on road trips.
For the room, I am looking for a person who is has a steady job(!) and doesn't work more than 1-2 days/week home office.
