Looking for a flatmate for my apartment in Neukölln.
The contract would for a year with the possibility to prolong it afterwards.
But atleast for the first 3-6 month Anmeldung will not be possible!
The room has about 16 sqm and the rent will be around 430-450 EUR. The room faces a bigger street which means noise levels can be a bit loude when windows are open. While closed it is surprisingly quite though.
Since I‘m newly moving in too, the apartment is not yet fully furnished and appliances like fridge and washing machine, and some other basic furniturr would have to be bought by us two.
Other than that the apartment is quite beautiful abd freshly renovated.
Directly at U-Bahn Station Boddinstraße with everything you need around the corner.
Just comes down to combination of a good personal fit between the two of us and respect and consideration when it come to the fundamentals of co-living (cleanliness, etc.).
Everybody goes out and has fun, but its not gonna be a party wg, but having friends over is obv not forbidden :)
Would be important that we have some kind of the same day structure as that makes co-living a lot easier. For my part I’m mostly quite busy with work and studies on weekdays and like enjoy my weekends with friends.
Would like to learn more about you and what brought you to Berlin, what you are currently doing etc.
