Ich bin Phillip, 40 und arbeite bei einem großen Ingenieurbüro im Projektmanagement. Meine Wohnung ist zu groß für nur einen Menschen u deshalb suche ich nach einem entspannten Mitbewohner, der Lust hat sie

Schönes, voll möbliertes Zimmer mit Loggia-Balkon, 140er Bett mit guter neuer Matratze, kleinem Sofa, stylischer 80er Möblierung und Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Alles was Du Dir sonst so wünschst, gibt’s oder lässt sich wahrscheinlich organisieren.

Wir teilen uns Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Gästezimmer. Alles kann nix muss - aber vielleicht nicht ganz Zweck-WG, bitte. Gerne regelmäßge Ansprache u interessanten Austausch von Gedanken, ideen und Geschichten, gemeinsam einkaufen, kochen, etwas unternehmen oder ein Abendessen für Freunde organisieren oder Serien glotzen. Platz gibt es genug. Übernachtungsgäste schlafen gerne im Gästezimmer mit extra Balkon.
Absolut keinen Ordnungsfimmel hier aber schmutzig darf es nicht werden. Wenn der Abwasch ausnahmsweise mal über Nacht stehen bleibt, ist das kein Ding aber grundsätzlich halten wir bitte einigermaßen Ordnung. Ideal wäre es, Du bist ordentlicher als ich - und ich pass mich dann an ;) Hier Hilfe von aussen zu organisieren und die Kosten zu teilen wäre für mich auch eine Option.
Was mir nicht so recht wäre: 100% Homeoffice; monatelang jedes Wochenende Antrittsbesuch aus der ganzen Welt, weil Du gerade nach Berlin gezogen bist und jede/r mal gucken kommen soll; Afterhours > 3x pro Jahr - bin ich zu alt für; GF/BF als dritte/n inoffizielle/n Mitbewohner/in;
Anonsten plane ich mittelfristig auch regelmäßig einen Teil der Woche in Brandenburg zu verbringen, wo ich seit kurzem ein Haus habe. Ausserdem bin ich regelmäßig in Süddeutschland bei meiner Familie u dann auch mal ne Woche oder länger nicht zuhause. Ich finde es blöd immer alleine hier zu sein, aber ach gut, wenn man mal ein paar Tage für sich hat.

We share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and guest room. Lets talk regularly and exchange thoughts, ideas and stories, shop together, cook together, do something outside or organise a dinner for friends or binge series. There is enough space. Overnight guests sleep in the guest room with an extra balcony.
Absolutely no obsession with order here, but it must not get dirty. If on occasion the dishes are left out overnight, that's no problem, but we generally like to keep things tidy. Ideally, you would be tidier than me - and I‘ll happily adopt ;) Organising outside help and sharing the costs would also be an option for me.
What I wouldn't like: 100% home office; inaugural visits from all over the world every weekend for months because you've just moved to Berlin and everyone should come and have a look; afterhours > 3 times a year - I'm too old for that; GF/BF as third unofficial flatmate(s);
In the medium term, I also plan to spend part of the week in Brandenburg, where I recently bought a house. I'm also regularly in southern Germany with my family and sometimes not at home for a week or more. I dont like to always be alone here, but its also nice when you have a few days to yourself from time to time.
Flexible Zwischenmiete bis 1 Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung für einen netten und rücksichtsvollen Berufstätigen - ohne ständiges Homeoffice oder Dauerparty - wobei ein bisschen Leben in der Bude durchaus erwünscht ist.
Meld dich, komm Gucken oder wir machen einen Video-Rundgang. Ganz hübsch hier eigentlich, wobei ich durchaus noch Ideen habe, die vielleicht eher realisiert werden, wenn ich sie nach der Umsetzung nicht ganz alleine genießen muss.

Flexible interim tenancy up to 1 year with option of extension for a nice and considerate professional - without constant home office or permanent party - although a bit more life in the apartment is definitely welcome.
Get in touch, come and have a look or we can do a video tour. It's actually quite nice here, although I still have some ideas that might be realised sooner if I don't have to enjoy them all by myself afterwards.
