I'm subletting my room from the 14th of August to the 3rd of September in a 2 bedroom-flat.
The room is fully equipped (double-sized bed, sofa, mirror, writing desk) with two big windows facing south.
The flat has a comfortable kitchen and a spacious bathroom with washing-machine and shower/bath-tub.
It is located in a Gartenhaus, therefore quiet at night.
The flat is located 4 mins from U-Bahn Leinestr. and 4 mins from Sbahn-Hermannstr.
Tempelhofer Feld is within a 7 min walk from the flat and there is a backdoor to one of the cemeteries between Hermannstr. and the Feld. It is therefore perfect for people who love to hang out in the urban nature.
A large number of supermarkets, smaller shops and spätis are within 5 min radius walk.
I'ts a very cozy and quiet home.
Nadja, my flatmate, is an easy going person that respects everyones space.
I'm searching for a subletter that is tidy, doesn't party (in the apartment) and treats the room as its own.
If you want to rent the room even for 2 weeks, it would be ok for me. The price would be of course lower.
