wir hatten das Glück und haben vor kurzem eine schöne Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln ergattert und suchen jetzt nach einer dritten Mitbewohner*in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG und wurde vor unserem Einzug frisch renoviert.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, während dein möglicherweise neues Zimmer unmöbliert ist und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist.
Wir möchten den ersten Vertrag für die ersten 3 Monate befristen, und wenn wir alle gut miteinander auskommen, besteht die Möglichkeit, danach einen unbefristeten Vertrag aufzusetzen.

We were fortunate enough to recently secure a beautiful three-room apartment in Neukölln, and now we are looking for a third roommate.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has been freshly renovated before we moved in. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished, while your potentially new room is unfurnished and faces the backyard.
We would like to make the initial contract for the first 3 months on a fixed-term basis, and if we all get along well, there is the possibility of setting up a permanent contract thereafter.

Wir sind: Sophie und Nicola, beide 25 Jahre und arbeiten und studieren zurzeit. (Gesundheitswissenschaften, Business & Management).Aber abgesehen davon lieben wir es, Zeit mit Kochen zu verbringen, ein oder zwei Gläser Wein zu genießen und zu Sportkursen zu gehen oder die Nacht durchzutanzen.
Kurz was uns wichtig ist: du bist high performer, n banger, Techno freak und sportsüchtig -- nur Spaß wir freuen uns dich persönlich kennenzulernen! :)
We are Sophie and Nicola, both 25 years old, currently working and studying (Health Sciences, Business & Management). But besides of that, we love spending time cooking, enjoying one or two glasses of wine and going out to sports classes or dancing the night away.
In short, what is important to us for the third person in our WG: you should be a high performer, a banger, a Techno freak, and addicted to sports - just kidding, we are looking forward to getting to know you personally!
