The room is spacious and has two huge windows, which makes it bright and cosy. It faces the street, but the windows are new and isolate noise well. There is a nice private balcony for this room. The other two rooms have a shared balcony that faces the patio. The room is heated and can be controlled in the room. The building is new and also has a big elevator.
FURNITURE TAKEOVER
The room comes with the furniture in the room (Ikea MALM bed frame with slatted bed base 160x200cm, desk, office chair, Ikea PAX big wardrobe closet and mirror). The mattress is not included and everything is like new. The fixed price for these items is 800 euros. There also is a takeover for the washing machine (new from AEG), kitchen supplies, fridge and oven. This is 300 euros. So the total takeover cost for the furniture and washing machine etc. to me is 1100 euros. This takeover makes it super easy for you to move in.
Please mention in your message that this takeover is fine for you.
There also is the deposit of 2 months to be paid to the landlord which is 808 euros.
Each room has its own unlimited contract, which is super convenient. And there is a cellar space!
Everything is legal and with Anmeldung.
The apartment is located conveniently in between the stations Neukölln and Hermanstrasse, so there's easy access to the ring Bahn, other s-bahn lines, U8, U7 and some bus lines.
There is a cute little park close by (Körnerpark) and a square with a Saturday Market (Wochenmarkt DIE DICKE LINDA).
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl...)
You would be living with two people in their mid-late 20s.
It is important for us that the new person is open, kind, clean, non-smoker (or smoking only outside of the WG) and not a party person as we are a calm and relaxed WG. We have a simple cleaning plan that has worked very well for us. We want the place to feel like a home :)
We will be having viewings on ONE day around the 21st of August. I'll confirm the day later. We will only invite 5-6 people. The rental company will need the following documents (to be sent out right after the viewing, so make sure to have them!!!):
- Passport/ ID
- Schufa (solicitar ahora)
- Proof of income (last 3 months)
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (a letter from your previous landlord saying that you have always paid rent on time)
The room will be free from 1.09.2023.
