Hey!
Room free for the remainder of the year as our flatmate Dan will be in Stockholm during this period. Now living here is me, Jonathan, and Anna. I'm a student in political economics, and Anna is currently doing a education thingy in programming. Im originally from Sweden, and Anna from Ukraine. I've been living in Berlin for a bit more than two years and Anna for about a year.
I'd describe myself as an undogmatic left-wing person. I'm into nice conversations about anything from politics, philosophy to stupid instagram videos! Also into music, the occasional clubbing and unpretentious attitudes to life :) Otherwise I spend a lot of my time chilling in parks and eating Vietnamese food :)
Flatshare is quite simple and straight forward. We share the basics like salt, oil etc. but have our own foods in the fridge. Basic cleaning schedule etc. We occasionally hang out for some drink or food but not every day as we are also quite busy in our daily life's. Looking for a similar relaxed approach!
Rent has been 550 for a while for this room, which is the biggest and nicest ones out of the three in the flat, but it seems like the rent will increase due to increasing nebenskosten - which is why we put 570 now. The room is furnished already.
Would be nice if you put germaninternetsucks somewhere in your title of your email so we can sort out the people who read through :)
PS: sorry for the overly professional looking pictures, my sister who's a photographer took them. Room is also very nice in real life but of course these pictures are a bit overly stylish.
