I rent out my large room in our Neukölln flat for one month in October. You could potentially also stay a bit longer or shorter - let's just have a chat about it. The room is furbished as seen in the pictures. It is pretty large so there will be enough space to store your stuff, too. The flat room in in a back of the flat facing our garden with an apple tree. The flat also has a living room that you can use.
Ich vermiete mein großes Zimmer in unserer Neuköllner Wohnung für einen Monat im Oktober. Ihr könntet auch etwas länger oder kürzer bleiben - lasst uns einfach darüber reden. Das Zimmer ist so eingerichtet wie ihr es auf den Bildern seht. Es ist ziemlich groß, so dass es genug Platz gibt, um Eure Sachen zu verstauen. Das Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung mit Blick auf unseren Garten mit einem Apfelbaum. Die Wohnung hat auch ein Wohnzimmer, das ihr natürlich auch nutzen könnt.
The flat is conveniently located in a quiet street near Herrmanstraße. It is in Kranoldkiez, near Kranoldplatz.
Die Wohnung ist praktisch in der Nähe der Herrmannstraße gelegen. Sie ist im Kranoldkiez, nahe des Kranoldplatzes.
You’ll be sharing the flat with my flatmate. We’re queer/allies, so you should be queer or an ally :)
Außer Dir wohnt noch mein Mitbewohner in der Wohnung. Wir sind queer bzw. allies, also wäre es super, wenn Du auch eines von beidem bist :)
