Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, unmöbliert, hat einen Echtholzparkett, Fußbodenheizung und geht nach Westen raus. Dazu gehört natürlich, außer meinem Schlafzimmer, die ganze Wohnung, dass heißt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, zwei Bäder (eines mit Badewanne, eines mit begehbarer Dusche) sowie ein Zimmer, das aktuell eine Mischung aus Arbeitszimmer, Bibliothek und Gästezimmer ist. Highlight der Wohnung ist außerdem der riesige Balkon und ein Community Garten. Es ist viel Platz für deinen Hausstand, da zumindest ein paar Möbel mit meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin ausgezogen sind.
The room is 16m², unfurnished, has real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating and faces west. Of course, apart from my bedroom, the whole flat belongs to it, which means a large living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower) and a room that is currently a mixture of study, library and guest room. The highlight of the flat is also the huge balcony and a community garden. There is plenty of room for your household goods, as at least some of the furniture moved out with my former flatmate.
Die 4-Zimmerwohnung liegt im Hinterhaus eines Neubaus im Richardkiez im 2. Stock. Es ist sehr ruhig und umgeben von Grün. Der Richardkiez ist etwas ruhiger als der Rest von Nordneukölln, aber es ist alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Sowohl bis zur S+U Neukölln und zur S Sonnenallee sind es 5 min zu Fuß.
The 4-room flat is located in the back of a new building in the Richardkiez on the 2nd floor. It is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. The Richardkiez is a bit quieter than the rest of Nordneukölln, but everything you need is nearby. Both to the S+U Neukölln and to the S Sonnenallee it is a 5 min walk.
Ich bin Mitte 30 und ein weißer, cis, queerer Mann (er/ihm). Ich koche gerne für und mit meinen Freund*innen vegetarisch. Viel am Lachen, aber auch am Kopf darüber zerbrechen, wie wir die Welt zu einem besseren Ort machen. Undogmatisch linksgrünversifft. Mein Zuhause ist mein „Daheim“ und es wäre schön, wenn die Wohnung auch zu deinem Zuhause wird.
