ein paar Worte zu uns und dem Zimmer:
Wir sind eine wunderbare 4er FLINTA*-WG im rummeligen Neukölln in ruhiger Nebenstraße. Wir sind alle berufstätig (Psychotherapeutinnen und Ärztin in Ausbildung, politisch aktiv und mit vielen Hobbys unterwegs, weshalb es bei uns unter der Woche abends ruhig zugeht & wir Rücksicht auf die Frühaufsteherinnen nehmen.
Wir lieben es spontan, aber auf jeden Fall ein Mal die Woche zusammen zu kommen und miteinander zu kochen, abhängen, Vino trinken, haben aber alle ein recht volles Leben, weshalb wir unter der Woche viel ein und ausfliegen. Und: Wir haben einen erstaunlich gut funktionierenden Putzplan ;)
Anna ist für einen Monat beruflich und für eine Theaterfortbildung unterwegs, weshalb ihr sweetes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon für diesen Zeitraum möbliert als Unterschlupf unterzuvermieten ist. Natürlich wird Platz gemacht für deine Sachen.
Ein paar Worte zu Dir:

Einzug: Im Idealfall am 2. oder 3.11., 1.11. ist aber auch möglich.
Auszug: Evtl. dann auch am 2.12., oder sogar ein paar Tage später möglich, das klärt sich noch.

Hello dear ones,
a few words about us and the room:
We are a wonderful 4-person FLINTA*-WG in the rowdy Neukölln in a quiet side street. We are all working (psychotherapists and doctor in training, politically active and with many hobbies on the road, which is why it is quiet with us during the week evenings & we take into account the early risers.
We love to get together spontaneously, but definitely once a week to cook, hang out, drink vino, but all have pretty full lives, which is why we fly in and out a lot during the week. Plus: we have an amazingly well-functioning cleaning schedule ;)
Anna is away for a month for work and a theater training, so her sweet room with a small balcony is available to sublet furnished as a shelter for this period. Of course, space will be made for your stuff.
A few words about you:
Feel free to write us a little bit about yourself. Who are you and how does your everyday life look like? We are looking forward to hearing from you :)
Moving in: Ideally on 2 or 3.11., but 1.11. is also possible.
Moving out: Possibly then also on 2.12., or even a few days later possible, that still clarifies.

In 6 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahnstation Karl-Marx-Straße.
Zahlreiche Busse und S-Sonnenallee sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
