da ich den Sommer über verreist bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in dieser wunderschönen 80qm-Wohnung mit bester Lage in einer der schönsten Straßen Neuköllns mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Second-Hand-Läden. Sanierter Altbau, Holzboden, Stuck, Badewanne und Balkon - alles vorhanden. Das 20qm-Wohnzimmer wird gemeinsam genutzt. In der Wohnung gibt es sowohl eine Spül- als auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof - also sehr ruhig und friedlich. Es ist möbliert mit 1,40er Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank (auf dem Foto nicht zu sehen aber vorhanden).
In der Wohnung ist kein Platz für Menschen, die auf irgendeine Art rassistisch, sexistisch, trans- oder homophob sind. Auch nicht für einen begrenzten Zeitraum.
Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib mir eine kurze Nachricht wer du bist und warum du in Berlin bist. Ich werde mich dann innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen bei dir melden.

since I'm traveling for the summer, I'm renting out my room in this beautiful 80sqm apartment in a prime location on one of Neukölln's most beautiful streets with many bars, restaurants and second-hand-stores. It's a renovated old building with wooden floor, stucco, bathtub and balcony. The 20sqm living room is included and is shared. There is both a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. The room faces the inner courtyard - so it is very quiet and peaceful. It is furnished with a 1.40 bed, desk and closet (not shown in the photo but available).
There is no room in the apartment for people who are racist, sexist, trans- or homophobic in any way. Not even for a limited period of time.
