Hello there!
We, Janne (23, music therapist) and Malte (36, Yogateacher), are looking for a friendly, likeminded female roommate for our room in Neukölln, Boddinstraße.
Janne, originally from Belgium, is currently doing an extra internship at Vivantes. She enjoys a peaceful and relaxed home environment, exploring the city, going out, and indulging in the occasional glass of wine or Belgian beer. 😋
Malte, in Berlin since '09, is teaching Yoga 3 times a week, enjoying his focus on spiritual practices and preparing to study soundengineering, starting in march. And sometimes a beer. And a cigarette😎
You should be on a mainly vegetarian diet - Malte eats meat very occasionally and getting away from it(same with the cigaretts btw) , and Janne not at all- you should be honest, able to communicate and willing to co-create a loving and respectfull atmosphere.
Furthermore, you should be conscious about your party-habits, so no afterhours, no smoking and no excessive partyanimals, like the famous infamous notorious berliner nightowls or, even worse, vampires, please😜
The room is 25 square meters and costs €500 per month, safety deposit 250€ including all additional expenses, Anmeldung possible.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from both the U8 and U7. The rental period is until the beginning of May/end of April.
