Das Zimmer verfügt über Möblierung: Bett, ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein hohes Regal.
Es ist ein schöner Altbau mit hohen Decken und zwei großen Fenstern. (die Kartons in den Fenstern auf dem Bild dienen nur der Lichtreduktion (Wunsch der Vorgänger), sie sind inzwischen bereits entfernt.
Dein Zimmer liegt gegenüber der Küche. Die Küche ist groß genug, um dort auch mit Freunden zu speisen. :)

It is a beautiful old building with high ceilings and two large windows. (The boxes in the windows in the picture have now been removed).
Your room is opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to dine with friends. :)
Die WG befindet sich in Nordneukölln. Die Lage ist klasse; ziemlich genau zwischen Hermannplatz und Schönleinstraße in einem tollen Haus mit netten Hausbewohnenden. Supermärkte, Biomärkte, Restaurants, ein nettes Travestietheater und allerlei andere tolle Dinge sind ganz nah. Auch das Maybachufer und die Hasenheide sind in weniger als 10 Fuß-Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines schönen Hauses von Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts.

The shared apartment is located in Nordneukölln. The location is great; pretty much between Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße in a great house with nice residents. Supermarkets, organic markets, restaurants, a nice drag theater and all sorts of other great things are very close. The Maybachufer and the Hasenheide can also be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful house from the beginning of the 20th century.
Neben Deinem Zimmer gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer, die neu vermietet werden.
Es ist zwar eine befristete WG-Zeit, dennoch ist es schön, wenn sich alle gut verstehen und auch Raum für Gespräche oder kleinere Unternehmungen ist, wenn die Chemie passt.

In addition to your room, there are two other rooms that are being rented out.
Although it's a temporary shared apartment, it's nice when everyone gets along well and there's room for conversations or smaller activities if the chemistry is right.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr angenehm, also man kann gut mal woanders klingeln, sollte man eine Frage haben oder das Mehl ist ausgegangen :)
In der WG ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Tageslicht.
Außerdem gibt es an der Küche eine praktische Speisekammer.
Im Hinterhof lassen sich Fahrräder abstellen und anschließen.
Es wäre klasse, wenn Du die kompletten 3 Monate (März-Ende Mai) einziehen würdest - aber auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum ist möglich. Schreib mich dazu einfach an.
Ab Juni ist die Wohnung bereits anderweitig vermietet - eine Verlängerung ist also nicht möglich.

The house community is very pleasant, so you can easily ring the bell somewhere else if you have a question or if you've run out of flour :)
The shared apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light.
There is also a practical pantry in the kitchen.
Bicycles can be parked and connected in the backyard.
It would be great if you moved in for the entire 3 months until End of May - but a shorter period is also possible. Just write to me about it.
