Hi liebe Leute :) bei uns ist ein Zimmer (ab jetzt bis 25 Januar) frei.
WICHTIG:
1 - Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das heißt, mein Mitbewohner muss durch dieses Zimmer durchlaufen um zum rest der Wohnung zu kommen. Bitte schreibt mir in der Bewerbung "ich habe gesehen, es ist ein Durchgangszimmer" um zu wissen, das ihr diesen Teil gelesen habt ;)
2 - Die Möblierung der Zimmer ist jetzt teilweise anders als auf den Fotos. Im Zimmer wird eine Matratze und wahrscheinlich ein oder zwei Möbel sein. Es gibt auch eine spanische Wand für ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre falls ihr die benutzen wollt.

Hello dear people :) we have a room available short term (from now until 25 January).
IMPORTANT:
1 - The room is a walk-through room. That means my flatmate has to walk through this room to get to the rest of the apartment. Please write me in the application "I saw it's a walk-through room" to know that you have read this part ;)
2 - The furnishing of the rooms is now partly different than in the photos. In the room there will be a mattress and probably one or two pieces of furniture. There is also a folding wall for a bit more privacy if you want to use it.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Hobrechtstraße, direkt neben dem Hermannplatz. 5 Minuten zu fuß zur U-Bahn U7 & U8, und mehrere Bushaltestellen.

The apartment is on Hobrechtstrasse, right next to Hermannplatz. 5 minutes walking distance to subway U7 & U8, and several bus stops.

Meine zwei Mitbewohner sind super entspannt und freundlich. WG leben ist ruhig und respektvoll.
