Zwischenmiete Mitte Januar bis Februar/März

Die Wohnung liegt in Alt-Treptow, zwischen F-Hain, Neuköln, Kreuzberg und Treptow. Ich liebe es hier, der Kiez ist sehr angenehm und nicht zu überfüllt. Es gibt eine schöne Nachbarschaftsverbindung. Eine Bushaltestelle (Buslinie M43 und 194) sind 3 min entfernt, die S-Bahn Haltestelle Treptower Park (Ringbahn, S8/9/85 Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof) sind 10 Minuten fußläufig. Der Kanal und der Park sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß. 
Es gibt einen Hunde-Netto (für alle, die ihn kennen ;)) zu Fuß 4 Mins entfernt, Edeka und klassischer Netto ca. 8 Mins, Aldi und Rewe auch 8 Mins. Das Park Center ist 5 Mins entfernt, dort gibt es einen Rossmann und ein Fitnesstudio hehe 
Es gibt gute Bäcker (wirklich), gute Blumenläden, Reger Burger und MOM's zum Essen sehr lecker. 

The flat is located in Alt-treptow which lies between Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Treptow. I love the Kiez :) The neighbourhood is quite organized and nice. 
The closest bus stop is 3 mins by walking (bus lines M43 and 194). The closest S-Bahn stop is "Treptower Park" 10 mins by walking, here runs the the Ring-Bahn and S8/9/85 (airport and central station). 
Here is a Netto (the yellow one with the dog) 4 mins by walking, an Edeka and the classical Netto 8 mins by walking, Aldi and Rewe 8 mins by walking. The park center is 5 mins by walking, there you can find a Rossmann and a gym :) 
Two close bakerys, flower shops, Reger Burger (cool people who do vegan burger) and MOM's creation is close.

Ich bin Psychologin (arbeite in einer Beratungsstelle für Geflüchtete, die sexualisierte Gewalt erlebt haben) , mache gern Sport (tanzen, Yoga, gym), treffe gerne meine Freund:innen, verbringe aber auch sehr gerne viel Zeit mit mir selbst, um Musik zu hören, mich um meine Pflanzen zu kümmern oder einfach nur, um nichts zu tun :) 
Ich bezeichne mich als einen durchaus politischen Menschen (jede Form von Sexismus, Rassismus und Homophobie ist für mich nicht akzeptabel), für mich zählt aber ein ehrlicher und lieber Umgang miteinander mehr als politische Dogmen und Codewords. 
Ich koche und esse sehr gern, am liebsten mit Menschen, kriege es in meinem Alltag jedoch nicht immer hin, Kochen und Essen mit meiner Mitbewohni zu organisieren und brauche auch hier manchmal nen Moment für mich allein. 
Ich bin generell ein offener Mensch und schätze einen guten Humor. Ich mag es sehr gern sauber und hab manchmal so kleine Nachhaltigkeitsanfälle. Das ist mir wirklich wichtig und trotzdem ist die Wohnung auch ein bisschen Punk ;) 

My job is being a psychologist (I am working in a counselling center for refugees who experienced sexualised violence). In my free time I do sports (dancing, Yoga, gym,...) and spend a lot of time with my friends. Still, I really enjoy spending time on my own in which I listen to music, care about my plants or just do nothing :) 
Although the political state of mind is pretty important to me (every form of sexism, racism or homophobia is not acceptable for me) I do value honesty and a sweet and kind living together more than political dogma or code words. 
I love cooking and eating even more. It's always nicer to eat not alone but in my every day live I cannot always manage to organize that cooking-eating thing with my roommate and sometimes need some time off. 
In general I am an open-minded person and really like good humour. I really like the flat clean and sometimes are a sustainability nerd. This is very important to me still the flat is a little bit punk ;)

Ich wünsche mir einen lieben, ehrlichen, gemeinschaftlichen Umgang, wo jede*r aber auch Zeit und Raum für sich haben kann. Bitte schreibe einen kleinen Text über dich, damit ich irgendwie bisschen was einschätzen kann. Am Ende muss natürlich der Vibe stimmen. :)
