Wir bieten ein großes und bereits möbliertes Zimmer in unserer 3er Wg an. Die Einrichtung wurde sorgfältig und stilvoll ausgewählt und sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Das Zimmer verfügt mit 35 qm über ausreichend Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen, und ist bereits mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Zimmer geht Richtung Hinterhof, ist also super ruhig gelegen. Das trotz der belebten Lage.
We offer a large and already furnished room in our 3-person shared apartment. The furnishings have been carefully and stylishly selected to create a cozy atmosphere. The room, with 35 square meters, provides ample space to move around freely and is already equipped with everything necessary. The room faces the backyard, making it super quiet despite the lively location.
Die Location punktet mit optimaler Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und einem breiten Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die U-Bahn-Station Schönleinstraße ist quasi um die Ecke, keine zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten Fußweg findest du Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company und eine Fülle an Bars, Restaurants und Cafés. Dienstags und Freitag findet immer der bekannte Markt am Maybachufer statt, alle zwei Wochenenden finden eben dort auch ein Flogmarkt statt.

The subway station Schönleinstraße is just around the corner, less than two minutes on foot. Within a five-minute walk, you'll find Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company, and a multitude of bars, restaurants, and cafes. Every Tuesday and Friday, the well-known market at Maybachufer takes place, and every other weekend, there is also a flea market held there.
In unserer WG tauschen wir nicht nur gelegentlich in der Küche bei einer Tasse Kaffee Ideen aus, sondern schätzen auch die persönliche Privatsphäre in unseren Zimmern. Die Gemeinschaftsküche bleibt jedoch ein offener Raum für entspannte Begegnungen und ungezwungene Plaudereien – hier entsteht der perfekte Mix aus individuellem Rückzug und gemeinschaftlichem Miteinander.
In our shared apartment, we not only occasionally exchange ideas in the kitchen over a cup of coffee but also value personal privacy in our rooms. However, the communal kitchen remains an open space for relaxed encounters and casual chats – creating the perfect blend of individual retreat and communal togetherness.
Mietzeit ist voraussichtlich vom 15.01. - 31. 05.24, optional 1-2 Monate Verlängerung je nach Reiseplanung. Anmeldung möglich.
