Hallo :)
Da ich für 3 Wochen verreise, möchte ich mein Zimmer in dieser schönen Dachgeschosswohnung in der Zeit gern in liebevolle Hände geben. Das Zimmer selbst ist mit seinen 11m² gemütlich und sehr hell mit Himmelblick (Gardinen), hat eine 1,60m breite Matratze (auf Lattenrosten), Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kommode (alles für euch zur Nutzung leer).
Aufgrund der hellen 40m² großen Wohnküche und 2 Bädern ist es auch zu zweit und/oder zusammen mit Kind sehr geräumig und gemütlich.
In der Anzeige sind 20m² angegeben, einfach weil die Wohnung an sich viel mehr Wohnfläche für euch bietet als die 11m² des Zimmers, wie z.B. die schöne 40m² große Wohnküche. Oder die große Terrasse, wo man im Februar schön die ersten Sonnenstrahlen einfangen kann.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ihr könnt alles mitbenutzen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird in der Zeit auch hier sein, sehr sympathisch, somit seid ihr also nicht allein in der Wohnung und sie wird euch bestimmt gern mit Tipps zum Kiez / der Stadt versorgen, ihr könnt zusammen kochen etc.

Hello :)
As I am travelling for 3 weeks, I would like to give my room in this beautiful flat into loving hands during this time. The room itself is bright and cosy with its 11m², has a 1.60m wide mattress (on slatted frames), desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers (all empty for you to use).
Due to the bright 40m² kitchen-living room and 2 bathrooms, it is also very spacious and cosy to use for two and/or together with a child.
I put 20m² for the room above as the flat itself has a lot more usable space for you than just the 11m² of the room, as the 40m² living room. There is also a large terrace where you can catch the first rays of sunshine in February.
The flat is fully equipped and you can use everything.
My flatmate will also be here during this time, super friendly, so you won't be alone in the flat and she will certainly be happy to give you tips on the neighbourhood/city.

Supermärkte (Biocompany, Rewe, DM) in max. 10min zu Fuß.
Die U8 erreicht ihr in 5min, die U7 in 7min, S-Hermannstr. sowie S-Neukölln auch in 5 bzw. 7min.
Zum Tempelhofer Feld gelangt ihr in 15min, der Schiller- oder Richardkiez mit unzähligen Cafés und Restaurants sind auch nur jeweils 10min entfernt ... ihr seid hier quasi mittendrin :)
