Ich bin im Februar und März nicht in Berlin und möchte mein schönes, möbliertes Zimmer in dieser Zeit an einenvertrauenswürdige Menschen untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau und komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und soll es auch bleiben. Ich habe einige Pflanzen, die sich in der Zeit über Zuwendung freuen! In der Wohnung lebt meine Mitbewohnerin (31) als sehr angenehme Gesellschaft.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and should remain so. I have some plants that are happy to receive attention during the time I'm away! In the apartment lives my roommate (31).

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des schönen Richardkiez. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Richardplatz also quasi mitten in Rixdorf. Die Buslinien 171 und M41 halten direkt vor der Haustür und in fünf Fußminuten ist man an der S Sonnenallee und kann dort die Ringbahn nehmen. Supermärkte, ÖPNV und Bars: alles da und nah.

The apartment is located on the edge of the beautiful Richardkiez. In eight minutes you can walk to Richardplatz, which is the heart of Rixdorf. The bus lines 171 and M41 stop right outside the front door and in five minutes on foot you are at the S Sonnenallee. Supermarkets, public transport and bars: it's all there and close.
