I'm going away for a month and subleting my room.
I rent it for the whole period or per week (125€/per week).
You will be living in my room which is about 20sqm (the pic only shows one side, but there is a giant dressing), has a 140x200cm bed and is facing the courtyard (very quiet).
I'll make room for you in the dressing so you can feel as home as possible.
There is no desk or table to work in the room but there is a dedicated work space in the living room you can use.
the location is amazing!
M41 and M43 bus stops are super close
U7 Rathaus Neukölln is a 4 min walk
the canal is a 10 min walk
you can also walk to the Feld, Treptower Park or Körner park easily
You'll be sharing the flat with Matthew, 38, he is from the US. He loves to cook and is really into music.
The living room is basically your space as Matthew doesn't use it.
