Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung liegt im 4. OG ohne Aufzug. Der Aufstieg nach oben lohnt sich denn hier ist es vergleichsweise ruhig und sehr hell im gegensatz zu den unteren Stockwerken.
Wohnung:
relativ großer Flur, große Küche mit Esstisch, Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne, mein Zimmer und das Zimmer meiner lieben und tollen Mitbewohnerin.
Zimmer:
Mein Zimmer ist das kleinere von beiden. 18 qm mit hohen Decken und Stuck. Hat schöne Holzdielen. Und ihr habt vor dem Zimmer einen schönen Balkon. Hier wohne ich schon seit 2 Jahren so gerne :)
Das Zimmer wird !!! möbliert !!! vermietet: 1.40x2m Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Schreibtischlampe, Hocker, Nachttisch, Spiegel, Regal
Die Matratze bleibt ebenfalls drin und wird in einer Matratzenhülle und mit Matratzentopper drauf übergeben die bitte auch draufbleiben. Kannst aber gerne deine eigenen Topper/Hüllen/Bezüge mitbringen :)
Trotz der Möbel die drin stehen ist das Zimmer seeeehr geräumig.

Our beautiful "altbau" apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The climb upstairs is worth it because it's relatively quiet and very bright compared to the lower floors.
Apartment:
Relatively large hallway, spacious kitchen with dining table, bathroom with window and bathtub, my room, and the room of my lovely roommate.
Room:
My room is the smaller of the two. 18 square meters with high ceilings and stucco. It has beautiful wooden floorboards. And you have a great balcony in front of the room. I've been living here so happily for 2 years :)
The room is !!! furnished !!! for rent:
1.40x2m bed, wardrobe, clothes rail, armchair, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, stool, bedside table, mirror, shelf.
The mattress stays in the room and will be handed over in a mattress case with a mattress topper on it, which should also be kept on pls. However, you're welcome to bring your own topper/covers/cases :)
Despite the furniture in the room, it's very spacious.

Du stolperst raus und bist direkt vor einer typischen berliner Kiezkneipe und einer weiteren coolen Bar.
30 Sekunden später kommst du zu einem kleinen Platz wo viele Leute chillen, Bierchen trinken, quatschen und Tischtennis spielen. Drum herum sind Spätis, Pizzaläden, Cafes, eine weitere gemütliche Bar, Vietnamese, Second Hand Shop und kleine Galerien, Tattooladen. Der Kiez hier ist wirklich schön.
Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße die von der Hauptstraße abgeht und es gibt zwar eine Geräuschkulisse aber selten störenden Lärm.
Du brauchst zu Fuß 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle und 4 Minuten zur S-Bahn Haltestelle (Ring S41/S42)
Du erreichst viele Kleine versteckte Parks schnell zu Fuß & Körnerpark 12 Min & Tempelhofer Feld 25 Min
Lidl und Netto: 2 Min zu Fuß
Rewe: 10 Min
Neukölln Arcaden: 15 Min zu Fuß
DHL, Hermes: 2 Min zu Fuß
in 5-10 Minuten bist du am Kanal

You step out and are right in front of a typical Berlin neighborhood pub and another cool bar. 30 seconds later, you reach a small square where many people chill, have a beer, chat, and play table tennis. Surrounding it are late-night convenience stores, pizza places, cafes, another cozy bar, Vietnamese restaurant, a second-hand shop, small galleries, and a tattoo parlor. This neighborhood is truly beautiful.
The house is located on a side street branching off from the main street, so while there's some background noise, it's rarely disturbing.
It takes a 1-minute walk to reach the bus stop and 4 minutes to the S-Bahn station (Ring S41/S42).
You can quickly reach many small hidden parks on foot & Körnerpark in 12 minutes & and Tempelhofer Feld in 25 minutes.
Lidl and Netto are a 2-minute walk away.
Rewe is a 10-minute walk away.
Neukölln Arcaden is a 15-minute walk away.
DHL, Hermes: 2-minute walk.
In 5-10 minutes, you'll reach the canal.

Im März wird ein anderes sehr liebes Mädchen im Zimmer nebenan wohnen.
- Bitte melde dich nur wenn du ohne Aufforderung hinter dir herräumst/Geschirr spülst, regelmäßig deine 50% der Wohnung putzt und einfach ein ordentlicher Mensch bist <3 Wir legen darauf großen Wert und das gehört bei uns zum respektvollen Umgang miteinander.
- keine Parties bitte, in Berlin gibts viele coolere Orte zum Feiern :)
- Altbau ist hellhörig! Bitte behalte das im Hinterkopf wenns spät ist :)

In March another very lovely girl will be living in the next room.
- Please only reach out if you naturally clean up after yourself/wash your dishes without being asked, regularly contribute your 50% to cleaning the apartment, and simply are an organized person <3 We highly value this, as it's part of our respectful way of living together.
- No parties, please. In Berlin, there are many cooler places to celebrate :)
- Old buildings are quite sound-sensitive! Please keep that in mind, especially late at night :)
