Ich gehe für 3 Monate zum Arbeiten ins Ausland und suche daher jemanden der/die mein Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Meine Mitbewohnerin muss noch entscheiden, ob die in der Zeit in mein Zimmer zieht - entweder wird also das Balkonzimmer nach vorne raus frei, oder das ruhige Zimmer nach hinten raus. Beide sind ungefähr gleich groß.

I am going abroad to work for 3 months and am therefore looking for someone who would like to take over my room. My flatmate still has to decide whether she will move into my room during this time - so either the balcony room at the front or the quiet room at the back will become available. Both are about the same size.
2 Minuten zum schönen Körnerpark, 5 Minuten in die Thomashöhe, knappe 10 zum Tempelhoferfeld. 7 Minuten zur U Leinestraße, 10 Minuten zu S Hermannstr, und ungefähr 12min zur U7. In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants.

2 minutes to the beautiful Körnerpark, 5 minutes to Thomashöhe, less than 10 minutes to Tempelhoferfeld. 7 minutes to U Leinestraße, 10 minutes to S Hermannstr, and about 12 minutes to U7. There are many cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Hannah und ich sind selbst erst vor Kurzem eingezogen, sind aber seit über 10 Jahren befreundet. Wir haben also ein sehr geselliges und freundschaftliches Miteinander.
Hannah arbeitet unter der Woche 4 Tage als Digitalisierungsbeauftragte. Sie geht gern mit dir den Kiez erkunden, bouldern oder sonstwie bewegen, lebt vegan und generell sind uns Umwelt-, gesellschaftliche, und politische Themen sehr wichtig. Miteinander rumhängen und Alltag teilen auch :)

Hannah and I have only recently moved in ourselves, but have been friends for over 10 years. So we have a very sociable and friendly relationship.
Hannah does digitalisation consulting 4 days a week, is gonna walk around the neighborhood with you (spring is coming!) and always up for some movement. She's vegan -- environmental, social and political issues are generally very important to us. Hanging out and sharing the everyday are too :)
