The room offered is not huge, but also not small, and offered with furniture (Sofa, Matress & Covers, Table & Chair, Shelf for Clothing). This means you can move in anytime, without having to worry about arranging the room. We are very open to every kind people living here, as long as everybodys needs are met.
It is facing to the Inner Courtyard, so it very quiet, compared to the other 2 rooms.
Very close to Hermannplatz, and therfore also close to the best (and worst) U-Bahn, the U8.
There are also a lot of Restaurants, Bars, Cafés & Clubs close by, so you wont get bored. Shopping possibilities ae right over the street on both sides, Penny if you need it cheap, and the Galeria Kaufhof with a huge selection.
We (Me, Simon/22 & Anna/25) enjoy having some company in our WG but respect if private space is needed. There is a cleaning Plan, because we deem it important to be clear on that.
Anna works creatively in the Fashion Industry, so do I, but in the Film Industry.
Common Interest are welcome but by no means necessary :)
There will be no "Anmeldung" possible, but a private sublet Contract for Security can be arranged.
There is a possibility to stay longterm, although that is to be taken with a huge grain of Salt, and the decision will be up to us, so dont have any expectations :)
