zur Untermiete an. Hell, gross und mit Aussicht.
In der Nähe des Weichselplatzes sehr grün gelegen und dennoch unweit zu Sonnenallee und Co.
mit guter Anbindung zum ÖPNV und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Bedarf des täglichen Lebens.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer grossen 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Flur, Küche, Bad und Abstellkammer.
Ich bewohne das andere Zimmer zum Hof und wir teilen uns die Küche, das Bad, die Abstellkammer
und den Flur.
Die Küche ist gross und hat eine hübsche Sitzecke die zum Kochen, Essen und schnacken, auch
mit Freunden einlädt. Voll ausgestattet mit Vorratskammer, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
! Bitte beachten ! Ich bin (gutgelüftete) Raucherin und die Küche ist eine gut gelüftete Raucherzone.
Damit solltest Du fein sein, da es nicht verhandelbar ist.
Das Bad ist klein, aber fein... und mit Badewanne ausgestattet.
Der Mietanteil inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Strom, GEZ, Internet etc.) beträgt derzeit EUR 450 und
die Kaution beträgt EUR 500.
Der Untermietvertrag ist erst einmal auf 6 Monate "Probezeit" limitiert und hat bei gutem Harmonieren
definitiv die Option auf Umwandlung in einen unbefristeten Untermietvertrag. Anmeldung ist möglich.

from April 1st, 2024 I am offering a beautiful 25 sqm room in Neukölln with wooden floors and balcony
for subletting. Bright, large and with a great view.
Very green location near Weichselplatz and yet not far from Sonnenallee and Co.
with good connections to public transport and many shopping opportunities for everyday needs.
The room is part of a large 2-room apartment with a hallway, kitchen, bathroom and storage room.
I live in the other room facing the courtyard and we share the kitchen, the bathroom and the storage room
and the hallway.
The kitchen is large and has a nice seating area for cooking, eating and snacking, too
invites with friends. Fully equipped with pantry, dishwasher and washing machine.
! Please note ! I am a (well-ventilated) smoker and the kitchen is a well-ventilated smoking area.
You should be fine with that as it is non-negotiable.
The bathroom is small but nice... and equipped with a bathtub.
The rental share including all additional costs (electricity, GEZ, internet, etc.) is currently EUR 450 and
the deposit is EUR 500.
The sublease agreement is initially limited to a 6-month “trial period”. If we get well along, there is
definitely the option to convert it into a permanent sublease agreement. Registration is possible.
