Mein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer wird ab dem 01. März für zwei Monate zur Untermiete frei. Es ist ca. 16 m² groß und hat dementsprechend genug Platz. Zwei Fenster zur Südseite sorgen für viel Tageslicht. Mit Bett, Schrank, Sofa und Schreibtisch ist das Zimmer möbliert und gut augestattet. Solltest du eigenen Möbel mitbringen wollen, wäre das kein Problem, ganz im Gegenteil. Dann würde ich die Möbel rausnehmen. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 435€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Vom Zimmer aus gelangt man in einen Flur mit kleiner Sitzecke und einem Klavier. Von dort gelangt man auch zu den anderen Zimmern, der sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und das Badezimmer.

My beautiful, bright room in a shared flat will be available for sublet from March 1st for two months. It is approx. 16 m². Two windows on the south side provide plenty of natural light. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, couch and desk, making it well-equipped. If you would like to bring your own furniture, that's not a problem; on the contrary, I would then remove my furniture. The total rent is 435€.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. From the room, you enter a small hallway with a small seating area and a piano. From there, you also have access to the well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Körnerkiez, der mit dem Körnerpark im Frühling auch wieder langsam zum Leben erwacht. Die S-Bahn Stationen Hermannstr. und Neukölln sind jeweils nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass man mit Ringbahn, U8 und U7 wirklich perfekt angebunden ist. Ansonsten findet man zahlreiche nette, kleine Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Samstags lohnt sich ein Abstecher auf den gemütlichen Wochenmarkt auf dem Kranoldplatz und auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Körnerkiez. The S-Bahn stations Hermannstr. and Neukölln are each only a 5-minute walk away, providing perfect access to the Ringbahn, U8, and U7. Additionally, numerous nice small cafes and restaurants can be found in the neighborhood. The Tempelhofer Feld is also within walking distance.
In den zwei Monaten wirst du mit Max (28) und Dominik (25) zusammenwohnen. Die beiden studieren Philosophie im Master und arbeiten nebenher. Das Zusammenleben war und ist sehr familiär und entspannt. Man trifft sich gerne in der Küche für ein gemeinsames Frühstück oder Abendessen, kann sich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen, wenn man das braucht. Wir wünschen uns, dass das Zusammenleben weiterhin so gemeinschaftlich, entspannt, vertraut und respektvoll bleibt, man aufeinander achtgibt und gerne auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt, wenn es zeitlich passt.

During the two months, you will be living with Max (28) and Dominik (25). Both are studying philosophy at the master's level and also work part-time. Living together has been very familial and relaxed. We like to meet in the kitchen for breakfast or dinner together but you can also retreat whenever needed. We wish to find someone with whom living together continues to be familial, relaxed, and respectful, with everyone looking out for each other and occasionally doing things together when time allows.
