Hallo liebe Menschen,
ich möchte ab Mitte März für circa 6 Monate ein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß (ca 14m2), hat aber 2 Fenster in Richtung Osten (hell). Ein Kleiderschrank ist da und evtl ein Bett (m Matratze). Die Whg liegt Nähe Rathaus Neukölln/Hermannplatz ist aber auch fussläufig zum Landwehrkanal und zur Hasenheide. Die Whg. befindet sich im 6. OG (m. Lift) hat viel Glas und ist daher schön hell. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hat einen Balkon der in den Abendhimmel/Innenhof geht.
Ich arbeite Vollzeit in einem sehr fordernden Job (auch häufiger mal im Home Office). Daher brauche ich die Wohnung als Erholungsort und Ruheoase.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin die selbständig, ruhig und nett ist und mit der man sich gut absprechen kann!
Die Miete beträgt ca 600€ (weil auch 1 Wozi) und die Kaution sind circa 750€.
