ich vermiete meine Dreiviertel butze vom 5. Mai bis 30. September unter.
Die Wohnung ist eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung und hat 52m2.
Das 1/2 Zimmer (kleine Zimmer,10m2) vermiete ich nicht, da ich gelegentlich mal in der Wohnung schlafen werde, Wäsche waschen, duschen , mal was kochen oder eben mal abhängen möchte. Ich werde den größtenteils in meinen Bauwagen wohnen, jedoch die Möglichkeit haben ohne Voranmeldung mal in die Wohnung zu kommen wenn ich im Hood bin.
Das Wohnzimmer/große Zimmer 18/19m2), das Zimmer was du mietest, hat Südseite, eine sehr gemütliche große Boxspring-Schlafcouch mit einer großen Liegefläche, Schreibtisch und Co, viele Pflanzen und angrenzend eine Loggia (2,5m2).
Ich wünsche mir eine Person die nicht in der Wohnung raucht, da ich die Wohnung gern rauchfrei halten möchte. Zudem ist es wichtig dass du einen grünen Daumen hast, da ich viele Pflanzen habe, die zwischendurch (vorallem im Sommer) Durst haben. Ansonsten ist alles vorhandenen.
Wenn du wen kennst die*der*they sich das vorstellen kann und was sucht, schreibt mir ne PM.
Die Miete = 650€ plus 500€ Kaution (die Kaution bekommst du am Ende natürlich wieder wenn alles ok). Die Wohnung befindet sich (noch) in Neukölln-im Kungerkiez in 12059 und ist sehr ruhig. Edeka und Netto (Supermärkte) sind direkt um die Ecke.

I'm renting out my three-quarter butze from May 5th to September 30th.
The apartment is a 1,5 room apartment and has 52m2.
I am not renting out the 1/2 room (small room, 10m2) as I will be staying in the apartment sometimes to do laundry, shower, cook or just hang out. I will mostly live in my Bauwagen/ trailer, but I will have the possibility to come to the apartment without notice when I am in the hood.
The living room/large room (18/19m2), the room you are renting, has a south-facing side, a very cozy large box-spring sofa bed with a large lying surface, desk and co, lots of plants and an attached loggia (2.5m2).
I would like a FLINTA* person who does not smoke in the apartment, because I would like to keep the apartment smoke-free. It is also important that you have green thumbs, as I have a lot of plants that get thirsty from time to time (especially in summer). Apart from that, everything is available.
