Das Zimmer an sich ist relativ simple eingerichtet, mit einem bequemen Bett, einer Kommode und einem Kleiderschrank.
Ein großes Plus ist der Balkon auf dem sich sehr gut tagsüber in der Sonne oder Abends auf ein Schluck Wein abhängen lässt.
The room itself is relatively simply furnished, with a comfortable bed, a sideboard and a closet.
A big plus is the balcony, which is a great place to hang out in the sun during the day or to have a sip of wine in the evening.
Je nach dem was man in Berlin macht, ist die Lage sehr zentral. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Sonnenallee und Weserstraße, deshalb ist es relativ ruhig zu Hause aber man ist in 2 Minuten im Großstadtfeeling.
Es gibt auf der einen Seite super viele Hippe Cafés und Bars in der Gegend und auf der anderen Seite viele leckere arabische Supermärkte und Restaurants. Du bist in 7-10 Minuten zum Hermannplatz oder Rathaus Neukölln gelaufen oder in 3 Minuten beim Bus M41.
Depending on what you do in Berlin, the location is very central. The apartment is located between Sonnenallee and Weserstraße, so it is relatively quiet at home but you can have the big city feeling in 2 minutes walk.
There are lots of hip cafés and bars in the area on one side and lots of delicious Arabic supermarkets and restaurants on the other. You can walk to Hermannplatz or Rathaus Neukölln in 7-10 minutes or take the M41 bus in 3 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre ich, Denise, eine sehr liebe Mitbewohnerin, die gerne Serienabende macht, super gerne und sehr lecker kocht und am liebsten für andere mitkocht, für ein Feierabend Bier, Limo oder Tee zu haben ist und sich manchmal nach der Arbeit aber auch einfach nur verkriechen möchte.
Wichtig ist mir eine gute Kommunikation, keine wilden Parties in der WG, Respekt, Queerfriendly,
