The room for rent is approx. 15 sqm and is partly unfurnished. There is a desk in the room. Everything else would have to be procured. The room is initially to be rented for a limited period, but can then possibly be extended.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Nordneuköllns. Diverse Busse fahren vor der Haustür ab und den Hermannplatz (U8 und U7) hast du in 8 Laufminuten erreicht. In der Hasenheide oder am Landwehrkanal ist man in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located in the heart of Nordneukölln. Various buses leave from the front door and you can reach Hermannplatz (U8 and U7) in 8 minutes on foot. Hasenheide or the Landwehrkanal are a 10-15 minute walk away.
Ich bin oft unterwegs da ich Vollzeit arbeite und nur einen Tag unter der Woche von Zuhause aus arbeite.
Zuhause schätze ich es ruhig insbesondere nach einem langen Arbeitstag, aber nette Kneipen, Cafes, Restaurants und Parks sind für alles andere zum Glück direkt vor der Haustür.
I travel a lot as I work full time and only work from home one day a week.
I like it quiet at home, especially after a long day at work, but fortunately there are nice pubs, cafés, restaurants and parks right on my doorstep for everything else.
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und meistens aus dem Büro heraus. Mein Freund ist auch öfter mal in der Wohnung.
Mir ist ein umsichtiger Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig. Ich schätze es sehr, wenn wir in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen sauber und ordentlich sind und wir hier gut kommunizieren.
Ich suche tatsächlich keine Person, die einen komplett anderen Lebensstil hat und fände es super, wenn wir da auf einer Welle wären.

It's very important to me that we treat each other with care. I really appreciate it when we are clean and tidy in the shared rooms and we communicate well here.
I'm not really looking for someone who has a completely different lifestyle and I think it would be great if we were on the same page.
