The room is a small furnished room of 8sqm. The apartment is 50sqm in total, located on the ground floor.
Im ideally looking for a long term flatmate, but Im open for short term if thats what you need and we feel like we can make it work :)

Starting date might also be possible to do earlier, but it will depend on kitchen installation...
The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of Schillerkiez, one block away from the Tempelhofer Feld and some streets away from the U8.
You would be sharing the flat with me (Lorena) and MOST important here, my dog Kaia.
Please make sure to read this part carefully: You would be living with a dog, which means: fur and wet kisses. If you are not a dog person, I guess this wont be the perfect place for you. But if you dont mind having a fury friend around and maybe even spending some time with her at the park, please send us a message.
Im Lorena, 34 years old, living in Berlin for almost 6 years. Love being outside in nature, spending time with friends, listening to music, reading, doing yoga, pilates, gym and bouldering...and love many other things that Id rather tell you over a cup of coffee ♡
