Ich selbst bin ein kreativer und aufgeschlossener Mensch. Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal für Personen, die einen festen Wohnsitz in Berlin suchen oder auch für einen bestimmten Zeitraum. Frische Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, damit man sofort einziehen kann! Übrigens ist das Zimmer bereits bezugsfrei.

Ich suche einen verlässlichen Mitbewohner der ein gepflegtes Ambiente zu schätzen weiss.
Ich komponiere Musik und spiele Schlagzeug, ich liebe Kunst wie Fotografie Malerei und bin Objekt Macher, ich habe ein Atelier und einen Übungsraum, meine Tätigkeiten übe ich nicht von zuhause aus!!, beruflich bin ich Sozialarbeiter, ich habe ein kleiner süßer Sohn (8 Jahre alt) der bei mir ab und zu ist, er ist sehr sympathisch und liebesvoll, ich selbst bin offen und lache gerne, ich Lebe seid 30 Jahre in Berlin bin aufgewachsen in Italien, am liebsten spreche ich spanisch!! Meine Attitude sind unterschiedlich in Sommer bin kaum zuhause da ich ein garten ausserhalb Berlin habe und die Natur ruf mich hin!!
Meine Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, auf Sauberkeit bin ich sehr bedacht aber nicht penibel.
