Hi, ich vermiete ab sofort ein Zimmer ausschließlich an eine Frau unter und suche jemanden, der seine Zeit an einem gemütlichen, ruhigen Platz verbringen möchte. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbauwohnung, in der Du wunderbar entspannen kannst. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Berliner Lage mit guten Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super: Die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Waschmaschine, Geschirr etc. ausgestattet und eignet sich nicht für Partys.
Beziehungen oder spontane Übernachtungsgäste sind leider nicht erwünscht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Tisch.
Kaution sind 500 Euro, die Du sofort nach Auszug wieder zurück bekommst.
Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht. Besichtigung wäre am 28./29.8. möglich, da ich zuvor auf Dienstreise bin.
Hi, I am renting this room from now on exclusively to a woman. I am looking for somebody who wants to spend his time at cosy, quiet place. It is a wonderful private flat in an old Berlin Building in which you will be able to relax completely. The place is in one of the best Berlin neighbourhoods, central with lots of oppurtunities to do grocery shopping and bars. Also the U-Bahn is only 5 min away.
The flat is completely equipped with a washing machine, dishes etc. and is not thought for parties. The room for rent is furnished with a bed, a table and a wardrobe. Also relationships and spontanous overnight guests have to stay outside. Anyway, for every New-Berliner I am more than happy to help out with every question that comes up and share a glass of wine!
The deposit would be 500 Euro which you would get back immediately after your departure.
Please bring your own sheets. Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Viewing the room possible on 28/29th of August.
