Hej, wir verlassen unsere Wohnung (Ja, es gibt schon einen Nachmieter), weshalb wir bis zum Ende des Mietvertrages noch ein Zimmer, bzw. die ganze Wohnung für EINEN Monat (!) zwischen vermieten.
Das eine Zimmer kann ab sofort. bezogen werden, die gesamte Wohnung stünde ab dem 01.09. frei.
WICHTIG: Die Zimmer sind komplett leer. Nichts drin. Das heißt eine Matratze oder ähnliches, müsstest du dir besorgen.
Die Küche ist noch eingerichtet, wird aber auch stückweise aufgelöst. Eine Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls noch da, aber wahrscheinlich nicht bis zum Ende.
Für ein Zimmer sind es 250€, für die Gesamte Wohnung haben wir 450€ veranschlagt.
We are moving out of our flat and sub-rent two rooms or the whole flat for ONE month (!), until the end of september. One room ist already free and the apartment is free from the first of september.
IMPORTANT: The rooms are completely empty, with nothing in it. So you would need to bring a mattress and the stuff you need to feel comfortable with. The kitchen is still furnished, with laundry and fridge, but we will sell the stuff bit by bit till the end of september.
One room costs 250€, the whole flat costs 450€.
Die Wohnung liegt im Wildenbruch-Kiez, nur eine straße vom landwehr-kanal entfernt. nicht weit ist es zur weserstraße, zum nächsten supermarkt (nahkauf, edeka, netto) 3-5 min. bäcker, blumenladen, post-station und türkischer imbiss befinden sich direkt vor der haustür.
busse fahren ebenso direkt vor der haustür richtung treptower-park, rathhaus neukölln, sonnenalle und hermannplatz. zur u-bahn rathhaus neukölln sind es ca. 10 min fußweg, mit dem fahrrad 4 min. zum treptower-park sind es mit dem fahrrad ca. 7 min, zum görlitzerpark ebenso.
Our flat lies in Neukölln, close to the Landwehrkanal. The closest U-Bahn station is Rathhaus Neukölln, 5min by bus or 10min on foot. Treptower Park and Sonnenallee are the closest S-Bahn stations. It is a very nice hood, you can take a walk along the canal or visit Treptower Park. On bike you can drive quickly to Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain.
We won't be there anymore. But we would ask you to be respectful to our flat and the house community.
