Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Altbauzimmer an der Karl-Marx-Straße in ruhiger und sauberer WG.
Ich gehe ins Ausland und ziehe daher schweren Herzens aus unserer schönen Wohnung aus.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man auch schön sitzen und Blumen anpflanzen kann. Im Zimmer Echtholzboden verlegt und es hat hohe Decken. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Sofa usw. (Siehe Fotos). Das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus, man sollte nicht zu lärmempfindlich sein.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt vier Zimmer, dein Zimmer wäre das Größte. Es gibt außerdem eine geräumige Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine), zwei große Abstellkammern sowie ein Bad mit Wanne.

We are looking for a new flatmate for my nice Altbau-room at Karl-Marx-Straße in a clean and quiet WG. I am going to move abroad so sadly I am leaving our beautiful apartment.
The room is 30 sqm with a small balcony which has space for a small table and some flowers. The room has wooden floor an high ceilings. It is fully furnished with wardrobe, dresser, sofa etc. (see pictures). The room goes out onto Karl-Marx-Straße, so you shouldn't be too sensitive to noise.
The flat has 4 rooms of which your room is the biggest. We also have a big kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), two big storage rooms and a big bathroom with a bathtub.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3OG Vorderhaus gegenüber der Neukölln Arcaden am U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln. Im Hinblick auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Laufnähe (bis max. 5 Gehminuten) alles, was das Herz begehrt: Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Denn's, Bio Company, Dm, Rossmann, Türkische Supermärkte, Asia Supermärkte usw.usf. Die Weserstraße mit den verschiedenen Bars, Cafes und Restaurants ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Fitnessstudios und Freibad sind auch in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Mit der U7 (oder zu Fuß) ist man schnell am Hermannplatz oder am Ring. Der M41 ist auch in der Nähe.

The apartment is on the the third floor of a building opposite the Neukölln Arkaden, near by Rathaus Neukölln station. There are many shopping possibilities in walking distance (max. 5 min): Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Denn's, Bio Company, Dm, Rossmann, Turkish supermarkets, Asian supermarkets etc.
In terms of public transport the flat is very well located. It is directly at the U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) and Hermannplatz and S-Bahnhof Neukölln are in walking distance (1 tube station). The M41 is near by, too.
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, dann schreib uns doch eine Email in der du ein bisschen über dich erzählst. Wir würden Treffen mit eventuellen Kandidaten in der ersten Juli Woche vereinbaren, am liebsten am 1. oder 2. Juli. Schreib doch gleich dazu ob du much persönlich vorbei kommen könntest.
