Da ich im Februar/März für 5 Wochen in Peru sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für diese Zeit unter. Die Miete beträgt mit allem drum und dran 380 euro. Das Zimmer ist sehr hübsch und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist groß und schön. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, das du natürlich voll mitbenutzen kannst und eine nette gemütliche, voll eingerichtete Küche.
I am going to stay for 5 Weeks in Peru in march. The rent will be 380 euro. The room is very nice and quiet.
The flat is quite big an beautiful, there is a big living room which you can - of course - use, and a nice, cosy and fully equipped kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist im Schillerkiez im schönen Neukölln. Die U8 (Leinestraße)und mehrere Busse sind 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie die Hasenheide und das wundervolle Tempelhofer Feld. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Bars gibt's direkt vor der Haustür.
The flat is located in the awesome Schillerkiez in Neukölln. Just 5 minute walk to U8 (Leinestraße) and several buses, nice parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide) many bars and supermarkets.
Während ich weg bin wirst Du mit 2 großartigen Mitbewohner*innen wohnen. Eine ist erst 2 Jahre alt. Du musst also Bock auf Leben mit einem Kleinkind haben und Rücksicht nehmen können. Drogen und Waffen zum Beispiel am besten nur in Deinen Zimmer.
Politisch sind wir sehr links eingestellt und auch Du solltest Dich als linker als der Mainstream verstehen.
When I am away you will live with 2 of my amazing flatmates. One is just 2 years old. You have to be o.k. to live with a kid, and able to be considerate. For example drugs and weapons only in your room.
Politically we are radical left and it would be nice if you see yourself standing left from the mainstream.
