Ich bin beruflich unterwegs und würde gern meine kleine Oase an jemand nettes vermieten.
Das Zimmer an sich ist nicht groß - 10m2, aber sehr hell, hat ein großes Fenster und Dielenboden, großes Bett, neue Matratze, grosser Eckschrank und viele schöne grüne Pflanzen - ein kleiner Dschungel. Die aktuellen Fotos werden folgen. Es sind einige persönliche Sachen da, doch dennoch genug Platz, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

A beautiful fully furnished room in Rixdorf will be available until January 2024!
I'm away for work and would like to rent my little oasis to someone nice.
The room itself is not large - 10m2, but very bright, has a large window and wooden floor, large bed, new mattress and lots of beautiful green plants - a small jungle. There are some personal items there, but still enough space to feel comfortable.
Die Lage ist genial: 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle M41, 7 Minuten zu S-Bahn Sonnenallee und ungefähr das gleiche in die andere Richtung zur U7 Karl-Marx-Straße.
Um die Ecke gibt es Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company und unzählige Spätis, Bars, Döner's etc. Für die Sportsfreunde unter euch ist Treptower Park und Tempelhofer Feld mit joggen auch schnell zu erreichen.

The location is brilliant: 2 minutes to the next bus stop M41, 7 minutes to S-Bahn Sonnenallee and about the same in the other direction to U7 Karl-Marx-Straße.
Around the corner there are Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company and countless Spätis, bars, kebab shops, etc. For those who love sports, Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld can be reached quickly by jogging.
Ich bin die Natalia, freiberufliche Musikerin/Schauspielerin, liebe diese Wohnung und fühle mich hier zuhause. Sauberkeit, Verantwortung und Selbstständigkeit sind daher die höchste Priorität. Da ich viel unterwegs bin, sind mir diese Punkte unheimlich wichtig. Bis Ende Januar werde ich beruflich verreisen und möchte gern mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Wäre schön, wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast oder zumindest die Vorliebe für Pflanzen - wir haben nämlich einige davon :)
Ansonsten wird gern zusammen gekocht, gegessen, getrunken und alles was zum Zusammenleben gehört - das zu erhalten wäre wichtig. Keine Party-Wg.

I'm Natalia, freelance musician/actress, love this apartment and feel at home here. Cleanliness, responsibility and independence are therefore the top priority. Since I travel a lot, these points are incredibly important to me. I will be traveling for work until the end of January and would like to sublet my room.
Would be nice if you have a green thumb or at least a fondness for plants - we have quite a few of those :)
We like to cook, eat, drink and everything that goes with living together - it would be important to preserve that. No party apartment
