Hallo zusammen,
da mein Mitbewohner nach 5 Jahren aus unserer Wohnung auszieht, suche ich einen Untermieter für sein Zimmer. Das ca. 20qm große Zimmer ist unmöbliert und ab dem 01. Februar (für mindestens 6 Monate oder auch unbefristet) zu mieten
Der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Ich selber werde mindestens noch ein Jahr in der Wohnung bleiben. Falls ich ausziehe, könnten wir probieren, dass der Mietvertrag übernommen werden kann.
Derzeit kostet die Miete etwas weniger als angegeben, aber da die Gerichtsentscheidung zum Mietendeckel voraussichtlich im April gefällt wird, solltest du mit diesen angegebenen Kosten rechnen.
Gesucht wird eine ordentliche und herzliche Person :)
Zu mir selbst: Ich bin 30 Jahre, komme ursprünglich aus dem Ruhrgebiet, arbeite Corona bedingt derzeit mind. 3 Tage aus dem Homeoffice, etwa 2 Tage aus dem Office, mag es gesellig, koche wenn ich in der Wohnung bin häufig abends gemüselastige Gericht für mich und meinen Mitbewohner und wohne seit 2016 fest in Berlin.

Dear all,
Since my flatmate is moving out of the flat, I'd like to sublet his room from 1st February for min. 6 months, preferably long term. The 20qm room won’t be furnished. In April the Court will decide finally about the „Mietendeckel“ if the don’t skip it, rent will be around 75 euro per person cheaper.
A few words about myself: I moved here for my master in European studies in 2016. My flatmate and I shared 5 wonderful years together in our flat. :) At the moment Im working ca. 3 days per week from home and ca. 2 days from the office. I love to cook and have long wine and beer evening together in the kitchen. Ca. 2-3 nights per week I’m usually staying at my boyfriends place.
Especially in summer this area is in my opinion one of the nicest in town. Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark directly around the corner.
I am looking for a decent, funny and clean person :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Hinterhauses, unweit von der Haltestation Leinestraße (U8) entfernt. Ich habe die Gegend richtig lieben gelernt. Insbesondere im Sommer ist es mit dem Tempelhofer Feld, dem Körnerpark und dem Schillerkiez um die Ecke fast wie im Urlaub!
