Your room is 25 sqm, bright, cosy, quiet and is fully furnished. It is available from 11th of April - 24th of April and I'd charge 350 EUR all inklusive for this time. Other arrangements, e.g. for one week or 1.5 weeks are possible too)
The room is a part of 3 room apartment in Neukölln. The apartment is a renovated "Berliner Altbau Wohnung" and around 95 sq. We have a nice big kitchen space as well as a common living space which we share. As I'll be away for work, you will share the flat with my flatmate, the best and most easy going flatmate imaginable :)
You can use all the facilities in the apartment (kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, WIFI) and are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Towels and linen will be provided as well.
Our place is in the center of Neukölln's beautiful and lively Körnerkiez. S-Bahnhof Hermannstr. (S 41/42/45, U8) is just a 4 min walk away, Tempelhofer Feld about 8 min. Alexanderplatz is 15 min, Hermannplatz and Kreuzberg 10 min by underground (U8).
Throughout your stay, my flatmate will be available for any questions you may have. I will be away due to work but will of course be available via phone, messenger or email.

Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/in für mein sehr schönes WG-Zimmer für 2 Wochen (von 11tem April bis 24. April). Der Gesamtpreis für diesen Zeitraum wäre 300 EUR. Ein anderer Zeitraum, etwa eine Woche oder 1.5 Wochen wäre ebenfalls möglich)
Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell, mit eigenem, großen Balkon im Körnerkiez in Neukölln:
- 25 qm
- mit Dielen und Deckenstuck
- große Fensterfront zum Balkon
- Vollständig möbliert (Kleiderschrank / großes Bett 1,60 x 2,20 / Schreibtisch)
- Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral (Nogatstraße Ecke Altenbrakerstr.)
- Vorderhaus, 4ter Stock
- 3 Minuten Laufnähe zur Hermannstr. S-/U-Bahnhof (U8/Ringbahn/diverse Buslinien)
- 5 Minuten Laufnähe zum Körnerpark
- 9 Minuten Laufnähe zum Tempelhofer Feld
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden ("Hermannquartier" mit Kaisers, Netto, Apotheke)
- viele Spätis in Laufnähe (Hermannstr. Ecke Nogatstr.)
- Restaurants und Imbisse (z.B. Hermannstr. Richtung U Bahnhof Leinestr.)
- Cafés und Bars in Emserstr.
- Ich bewohne die Wohnung nun schon seit knapp 3 Jahren
- Mein Mitbewohner ist berufstätig und somit unter der Woche tagsüber ausser Haus
- Er ist mehrsprachig (Französisch, English, Spanisch, Deutsch)
- Und ein feiner Kerl Mitte 30 :)
- Sein Zimmer schließt an das Wohnzimmer an. Das Wohnzimmer liegt somit zwischen Deinem und seinem Zimmer.
Ich suche eine Person, die z.B. aus beruflichen Gründen in Berlin zu tun hat und ein schönes Zimmer auf Zeit zu schätzen weiß. Ein Raver war ich auch mal, ist aber lange her. Daher: Gerne ruhig und gesittet ;)
